Make sure you are connected to the WiFi (GFS Mobile). If hard wired, make sure the ethernet cable is plugged all the way into your computer and also the wall jack or switch it is coming from.
Try restarting your system. If you are still getting an error please send us a ticket for further evaluation.
Restart your computer. This should resolve the issue and reconnect Outlook to the mail server.
